UMCL Choir Presents "Jesus, Our Emmanuel"

Why would a holy God even care about fellowship with us, much less take the unthinkable step of actually becoming one of us?  A love like this is impossible to fully grasp.
In the cantata "Jesus Our Emmanuel," we celebrate the full extent of God's presence among us . . . His own incarnation in His Son, Jesus.  Through the centuries God had spoken to His people and made His presence known in a number of ways, sometimes in a quiet voice, sometimes with tremendous power.  Finally, He spoke and moved in a way we could never have imagined - the Word became flesh.
Join us Sunday December 17 at 9AM for the compelling musical presentation, "Jesus, Our Emmanuel."  It is our desire that you again experience the presence of the Almighty, and your eyes be opened to the indescribable love of the Father.
"Jesus Our Emmanuel," written and arranged by Marty Parks and directed by Bunny Gibson, is beautifully written music and includes narration, soloists, and and trios.
